These pops are so chill—no need to sweat it out in the kitchen for these no-bake treats. Tastes like a creamy, lemon cheesecake but made protein-packed Greek yogurt. If only summer could last forever!


Ingredients
Preparation
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Add mix and water; whisk until well combined.  
  2. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 min, until thickened, whisking halfway through and at the end. If curd has not thickened after 2 min, cook for additional 30 sec intervals, whisking after each, until desired thickness is achieved.  
  3. Cool lemon curd in the freezer for 10 min, whisking every 2–3 min.  
  4. Fold yogurt and berries into lemon curd. Divide between twelve 2-oz silicone popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks into molds and freeze for at least 2 hr or overnight.
